We have 12 uniquely equipped rooms. One room is accessible for the disabled, and one is a family room.

None of our rooms are the same, what they have in common is the touch of Austro-Hungarian accommodation from the Art Nouveau era.

4 rooms are on the ground floor, and you have to use the stairs to get to all the others, the same ones that the Austro-Hungarian officer Maksimilian Riegl, the first known owner of the house, used with his family 2 centuries ago.

We have divided them into 3 groups depending on the room's equipment, size, and location within the facility. There is also the possibility of joining rooms.

Standard - rooms are 15-20 m2 in size. The rooms have beds for 1 person. They are equipped with a bathroom with shower, TV, desk, and internet connection. The windows and doors of the rooms overlook the common corridor. Non-smoking rooms.

Superior - room size is 20-25 m2. The rooms have 2 separate beds or a double bed. They are equipped with a bathroom with shower, TV, desk, air conditioning and heating, and internet connection. View of the yard or the street. Non-smoking room.

De Lux - the rooms are elegantly decorated with preserved original details of the 19th-century town house. The size of the rooms is 32 m2. They are equipped with a bathroom with shower, double bed, sofa, TV, air conditioning and heating, mini bar and internet connection. Street or garden view (depending on availability). Non-smoking room.

Family - room size is 32 m2. It consists of 2 separate bedrooms, a hallway, bathroom with a shower. One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom has a bed for one person, a corner sofa and a desk. Internet connection, TV in both bedrooms, mini bar, air conditioning, and heating are also available. Non-smoking room.

A room adapted for people with reduced mobility - one of the rooms on the ground floor is adapted for people in wheelchairs. The room has a single bed (bed 90×200 cm), but there is the possibility of connecting it to a double room, so you can use the adapted bathroom and be with your partner in a room with a double bed. It is equipped with a TV, air conditioning and heating, internet connection and an adapted bathroom.

Breakfast - we offer various sweet and savory spreads, sausages, salami, cheese, yogurt, juice, milk, eggs, and hot dogs. For those who like a light breakfast, there are various cereals and seasonal fruits and vegetables. For others, for whom breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we recommend eggs baked with ham and cheese (omelets, scrambled eggs). Whatever you choose, breakfast is served so that you can take as much of everything as you want.

Tasting room - our tasting room is intended only for guests of Maksimilian. As we are a small family business, we want to support small local producers in our work, and that is why here you can try wines from local wineries, craft beers, and homemade brandy. By agreement, we organize tastings of products from the surrounding rural households (kulen, sausages, bacon, prosciutto, various kinds of cheese, seasonal fruits and vegetables). You can use the space as a living room - for hanging out, reading, and holding meetings.

Washing, drying, and ironing services - we offer our guests the option of washing and drying clothes. We can wash and dry up to 11 kg of clothes at once. The price for one washing and drying is 20 EUR. In case you need to iron something, feel free to say so. We will not charge for this, and your city tour or business meeting will go smoothly.

Guide service - are you there for a day or two? Do you want to visit the surrounding wine cellars, Kopački rit, Vukovar, Ilok... you don't have a car, or do you have one but it doesn't go with the wine tasting of local winemakers? Would you like a local guide to take you around and show you what only the locals know? It's not a problem, tell us your affinities and we will put together a tour for you, keeping your finances in mind. An 8-seater van is also available to guests, so we can organize any of your excursions with transportation.

Bicycle rental and service - Osijek and its surroundings are ideal for cycling. The entire city is networked with bicycle paths, and for those who dare to go further, you can reach the Kopački rit nature park in about 20 minutes by bike. We offer guests the option of renting a bicycle. The price is 20 EUR per day. We have created a BIC (bicycle information center) for cycle tourists who travel on their bicycles. In ours, as we cyclists call it, in addition to a safe place to leave your bikes, you can also find tools for bike repairs and a small kitchen where you can prepare food for the rest of your journey.
