Villa Jelena is an autochthonous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that extend to the sea itself. 150 meters from the property is the beautiful Dumbocca Bay with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.

A natural environment with 200 planted olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere.

The house and property have been owned by the family since 1879 when they were purchased from the Church. Two years ago, a careful reconstruction of the house began while preserving the original architecture, and today it is an elegant place for a relaxed vacation.

The villa has 125 m2 with a covered terrace barbecue and dining table and chairs.

On the spacious garden terrace, there is a pergola with garden furniture, ideal for a quiet and sumptuous breakfast.

Next to the terrace is a 9x4 meter pool with an outdoor toilet and shower.

On the ground floor of the villa are the living room, kitchen, and dining room with an open fireplace, open to the garden terrace.

The living room is equipped with satellite TV, WI-FI, and a Sonos audio system.

An internal staircase leads to the upper floors.

On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor is a bedroom with a double bed) and a bathroom with a lying bathtub.

General rules

Free cancellation up to 45 days, 50% refundable deposit up to 30 days.

A security deposit of 500 eur is requested in cash upon arrival.

The security deposit will be refunded upon payment, if there is no damage to any part of the property!

Pets are not allowed.

Parties are not allowed.

Quiet hours between 11 p.m. - 8 a.m

A maximum of 6 people is allowed.

Minimum 7 nights in 07.-09. months. Other months minimum 4-5 nights.
