Holiday home about 65m2, on 3 floors. At the entrance there is a kitchen, dining room and a small sitting area and access to the terrace.

In the attic there is a room with one bed for 2 people (160*200cm) and one for 1 person (90*200cm).

On the ground floor there is a bathroom (with bathtub), an additional room/storage room, anteroom with a daybed and a room with a fireplace and access to the yard.

The apartment has internet, a dishwasher, a fireplace, heating with two electric converters, books and board games.

The accommodation is pet-friendly and inclusive for the LGBTIQ+ community.

General rules

If the service is canceled within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 30 days before the start of the service, a 100% refund is possible, if the service is canceled 15-30 days before the start of the service, a refund of up to 50% is possible, if the service is canceled 15 days or less before the start of the service, a refund is not possible.

Tourist tax per person per day is 1.50 EUR for the period 01.04.-30.09., 1.00 EUR for the period 01.10.-31.03. For persons over 18 years of age the full amount of the tax, from 12 to 18 years 50%, up to 12 years 0%.

Quieter period after 11 p.m.

Important to respect a more sustainable and responsible everyday life and stay through caring for the environment (small steps of waste sorting, composting, using non-toxic products).
