Apartment about 50m2, on 2 floors. Through the covered entrance you enter the kitchen which is a combination of modern and original kitchen with a wood-burning stove.

On the same level is the living room with a daybed that can easily be converted into a bed for two people (160*200cm).

On the same level is the bathroom with a shower.

Stairs lead to the attic which is a room with 2 separate single beds that can be joined and converted into a bed for two people (160*200cm).

Rose has internet, two electric converters, a wood-burning stove, a gramophone and gramophone records, books and everything for a slow stay.

The outdoor area/yard is shared by all 3 holiday homes with a barbecue area, outdoor wooden tables, hammocks, woods, garden and meadows.

The accommodation is pet-friendly and inclusive for the LGBTIQ+ community.

General rules

If the service is canceled within 48 hours of the reservation and at least 30 days before the start of the service, a 100% refund is possible, if the service is canceled 15-30 days before the start of the service, a refund of up to 50% is possible, if the service is canceled 15 days or less before the start of the service, a refund is not possible.

Tourist tax per person per day is 1.50 EUR for the period 01.04.-30.09., 1.00 EUR for the period 01.10.-31.03. For persons over 18 years of age the full amount of the tax, from 12 to 18 years 50%, up to 12 years 0%.

Quieter period after 11 p.m.
