About

Villa Vidonjica is a traditional family stone house over 100 years old, fully renovated with great care and attention.

Located in the small settlement of Vidasovi Stani, just 7 km from Novalja, surrounded by only a few houses, the villa is a feast for the eyes and the soul. Its calming atmosphere ensures a relaxing and unforgettable stay.

Property contents

Villa Vidonjica is set on 2,000 m² of walled land, surrounded by olive trees, lavender, immortelle, and other Mediterranean plants.

The interior of the house is carefully furnished with hand-picked antique furniture and stone kitchens equipped with modern appliances, including an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and fridge with freezer. On the ground floor, you will find a fireplace with a wood-fired oven, a dining area, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a flat-screen TV, a master bedroom, and a spacious bathroom with a hydro-massage shower cabin and a washing machine.

On the upper floor, in the attic, there is an open-concept room: on one side a double bed, and on the other, partially separated by a wall, a single bed and a toilet. The room opens onto a balcony with sea views - perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or relaxing.

Outside, there is a covered dining area for al fresco meals, and the villa also offers 200 m² of indoor space for gatherings, featuring an open hearth. For fun and entertainment, guests can enjoy billiards, table football, darts, table tennis, badminton, and board games.

For complete relaxation, a heated jacuzzi with sun loungers and an outdoor shower is available. Free Wi-Fi is provided both inside and outside the house.

For sea lovers, the beautiful Vidonjica pebble beach is just a 400 m leisurely walk through a wooded path - the villa is named after this charming beach.
