The villa consists of two apartments.

The larger apartment on the first floor has two bedrooms – one with a double bed, a children’s bed, and an additional 90x200 bed, and the other with a double bed, along with a spacious kitchen and living room.

The second apartment on the ground floor also has two bedrooms – one with a double bed and a children’s bed, and the other with two 90x200 beds with direct access to the pool, along with a kitchen and living room.

For comfort and convenience, the villa is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, heaters in the bedrooms and bathrooms, a fireplace, a washing machine for the entire house, high-speed internet, soaps, toilet paper, and towels (three per person).

All terraces are covered and feature a fully equipped summer kitchen, tables, benches, and a cozy garden lounge for relaxing or enjoying a cup of coffee, allowing you to stay outdoors even in rainy weather. The villa also offers additional services such as food delivery, bicycle rentals, and organized boat excursions.

Children can enjoy three swings and various toys, while adults can relax while watching them play or refresh themselves in the seawater pool, which is very healthy for the body and can be heated if needed.
