Wellbeing Villa is a property we designed to offer top-notch facilities and the perfect vacation experience for families and friends. It is spread over a fully fenced estate of 10,000 m2, with more than 5,000 m2 of peaceful oak forests, providing a serene retreat for your mind and soul. Our family, having lived and traveled abroad, has brought back the best experiences from different cultures around the world to ensure that during your stay you feel completely at home and rejuvenated. Located in the heart of the UNESCO Geopark Biokovo–Imotski Lakes, this is an ideal place to escape, relax, and recharge.

At Wellbeeing, we ensure that every detail of your stay is perfectly tailored to your needs. From the moment you arrive, you are welcomed with warmth and care, making you feel at home in this luxurious setting. Nestled in a UNESCO Nature Park, on the opposite side of Biokovo mountain from the Makarska Riviera, Imotski represents authentic, traditional Dalmatia. Instead of streets crowded with people, after sunset, peace fills Imotski. Aside from the gentle chirping of crickets in the bushes, a profound silence can be felt, and it seeps into you. It may take two or three days to adjust to this calm. But once you do, stress completely disappears. You feel significantly more relaxed, both physically and mentally.

Beyond the peace and privacy offered by the villa, the surroundings are breathtaking. Not only does it offer a different perspective of the Dinaric Alps, but Imotski also boasts 11 lakes under UNESCO protection. The cuisine of the Dalmatian hinterland is exceptional - a perfect combination of everything from the nearby sea, enriched by continental influences.

The villa accommodates up to 12 guests and covers approximately 300 m². It features 5 bedrooms with 200x210 cm beds, plus 2 additional single beds (90x200 cm), as well as 4 bathrooms and 1 extra WC. The living room with a fireplace and the spacious kitchen are perfect for socializing, while the playroom with a PlayStation and the children’s playground provide fun for the little ones.

For complete relaxation and wellness, the villa offers a sauna, jacuzzi, and a heated and cooled swimming pool. Additional amenities include a laundry room, ice maker, gym, underfloor heating, air conditioning in all rooms, and high-speed WiFi.
