The house is located in a quiet part of the settlement with a beautiful view of the Kupa River and the Kupa Valley.

It is built of wood in the style of traditional houses.

It is suitable for couples and families with children. Nearby beaches and forest trails make it ideal for relaxation, walking, and recreation.

The town center and the main swimming area are about 800 m away and can be easily reached on foot.

Property contents

The 65 m² house is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including kitchen appliances, cookware, bed linen, towels, and internet access. Heating is provided by a wood-burning fireplace and air conditioning units (two separate units, ground floor and first floor).

The ground floor features an open-plan space with a kitchen, dining area, and living room, as well as a bathroom. The first floor has 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds and the other with a double bed (180x200).

The house offers two covered terraces with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, and seating furniture, as well as an open terrace with a barbecue.
