A traditional Istrian stone house over 200 years old, set on a spacious estate-like property, even though it is located in the village center. Surrounded by lush greenery and old native trees.

The accommodation consists of 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, making it ideal for larger groups or families.

Guests have access to 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 dining areas connected to living rooms (one larger and one smaller), as well as 2 washing machines, 2 dishwashers, and 2 ovens. Additional equipment includes a toaster, kettles, and two coffee machines.

The house is equipped with central gas heating and air conditioning in the rooms, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout the year. For entertainment and relaxation, guests can enjoy a playroom with PlayStation 3 and 4, a small library, a mini billiards table, table football, and a children’s playground.

The outdoor area features a heated swimming pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, and an additional massage bathtub in one of the bathrooms. Guests can also use a large stone barbecue as well as a smaller portable grill.

The property includes 3 TVs with satellite channels and Netflix, as well as free internet access.

A large private parking area is available, along with multiple terraces, a balcony, and spacious yards with landscaped green areas.

General rules

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival.

A cleaning fee of €250 applies, along with a pet fee of €10. A security deposit of €350 is also required.

Taxi transfer from Pula Airport or city center to the accommodation is €180 for up to 16 people. Guests have access to 4 bicycles free of charge.

Pets are welcome.

A maximum of 16 guests is allowed. The houses are rented together.
