Looking for a completely different, healthy, and eco-conscious way of life in harmony with nature?

This unique house of approximately 100 m² is located in central Croatia, in the eco-village of Blatuša, on a spacious 7.5-hectare property surrounded by forest and orchards, right next to a nature reserve.

Situated within an international community of families who share alternative values, the house has been featured several times on national television and in newspapers due to its uniqueness and healthy environment.

It is built mainly from natural materials - wood, straw, and clay - and its circular layout offers a truly unique design.

Property contents

The floor plan is circular, featuring a south-facing greenhouse, a central round living room with a kitchen and high ceilings (including an aerial silk), 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a storage room with a large freezer. There is no TV in the house.

The heating is passive solar (in winter, it becomes pleasantly warm when the sun is out), and the house also features a wood stove with firewood provided for one winter. Hot water is supplied by an 80-liter electric boiler, and gas is used for cooking. Internet (modem) is not included in the price, but a signal is available.

Garbage collection is €7.50, electricity averages €75 (approx. 400 kWh), and water is around €30 (approx. 12 m³).

Grass mowing is mandatory at least 3 times a year (more frequently around the house itself). The cost for professional mowing is approximately €350 per turn, or the tenants can do it themselves.

There are also fruit trees on the property. In winter, snow chains may occasionally be required to access the house.
