Also, the holiday home is located in an ideal location where a bicycle route, a sweet path, a wine road and a station of the cross pass, which is enough of an invitation to come and spend your time here, we guarantee that it will not be boring.

The 165 m2 holiday home is located on a 1000 m2 plot in a natural environment, in the immediate vicinity of the forest.

The house was built in 2004 and completely renovated in 2021. It is categorized with 3 stars.

It consists of 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils. There is also a fully equipped bathroom with a washing machine and a hairdryer. The living room has a smart TV and a stereo, and indoor games are also available.

It is heated with a wood stove and has air conditioning.

Guests are also provided with free Wi-Fi and free parking.

For families with small children, the house offers 1 cot and 1 high chair.

In the courtyard there is an outdoor whirlpool for 5 people, an outdoor fireplace with barbecue, a solar shower, garden furniture and two terraces - one covered, the other open. There are 4 sun loungers available.

The grounds include a landscaped garden and an orchard with organically grown produce. The property also includes a small insect hotel, as a contribution to the preservation of nature and biodiversity.

Additional facilities include a swing, a sandbox, a climbing frame, a badminton net, 2 football goals, 2 badminton rackets and 2 bicycles.

The house has a low attic and is built of a combination of stone and wood.

The accommodation is not intended for youth groups or excursions.

Arrival from 4 p.m., departure at 10 a.m.

General rules

Half of the reservation amount must be paid no later than 2 weeks before arrival, and if the reservation is made within 2 weeks of arrival, the full amount of the reservation must be paid. Cancellations made up to 2 weeks before arrival will result in a refund of the deposit, after which the deposit is non-refundable.

Security deposit in the amount of 200 EUR in case of damage.

No entertainment events of any kind are allowed inside the accommodation.

Pets are welcome with prior notice.

Smoking is allowed only on the terrace.

The price includes bed linen with towels and final cleaning, and bed linen and towels are changed once a week.

A maximum of 4 people is allowed.

Minimum 3 nights.
