General rules

For cancellation one month before arrival, no refund; otherwise, the money is returned, but not the deposit.

A damage deposit of €300 must be paid upon arrival. This fee will be collected in cash. The deposit will be returned to you upon check-out. The full amount of your deposit will be returned in cash after inspection of the accommodation facility.

A maximum of 6 (+1) people is allowed. 

Minimum of 7 nights. It is possible to book the house Sunday - Sunday (in the main season June - October).
