The villa offers 120 m2 of living space and accommodates up to 8 guests in four elegantly furnished bedrooms with double beds, each featuring a TV and beautiful views.

Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, an outdoor terrace with a barbecue and dining area, a hot tub for up to five people, a wood-burning fireplace, radiator heating, and air conditioning for both heating and cooling, making the villa suitable for year-round stays.

The property includes private parking for up to four vehicles and an outdoor area suitable for families with children.

Thanks to its elevated position, the glass terrace with a hot tub, suitable for enjoyment in all seasons, offers panoramic views of Zagreb, Jastrebarsko, Karlovac, the Crna Mlaka Nature Reserve, and Petrova Gora.

The surrounding area provides numerous opportunities for both active and relaxing holidays, including walking, cycling, hiking to the peaks of Japetić (6 km) and Okić (3 km), horseback riding, visiting castles and nearby towns, and enjoying nature with children on the lawn, sun loungers, and a large swing.

Guests can also enjoy an eco orchard with home-grown fruit. Nearby, there are natural springs of high-quality drinking water (3 minutes away), thermal waters suitable for bathing year-round (20 minutes away), the Tuhelj and Krapina thermal spas, as well as the well-known Plešivica Wine Road with more than 20 wineries.

Vegetarian, fish, and meat restaurants are located within a 10-minute drive, and many offer food delivery directly to the villa.

The hosts are available to guests 24 hours a day and are happy to assist with organizing excursions or sourcing high-quality food and drinks from local eco producers.
