Wooden Cottage in Igrišće - Private Wellness and Nature at Your Fingertips

Our wooden cottage is located in the village of Igrišće, just 30 kilometers from Zagreb, and is designed for guests seeking an authentic connection with nature without compromising on comfort. Built from oak wood, the cottage provides a healthy microclimate and natural insulation, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere for both body and mind.

The surrounding property spans 2,000 m2 of natural land, where we encourage the preservation of local flora. Guests can enjoy the scent of freshly cut grass and the “orchestra” of birds, the only sounds of the area.

For those who enjoy a healthy and active retreat, the cottage offers an outdoor pool and a private wellness area with a sauna and a professional massage chair, providing a holistic approach to relaxation and well-being.

Situated in the Croatian Zagorje region, we encourage guests to explore local trails and enjoy homemade products. We grow our own vegetables, prepare fruit brandy, and make elderflower juice, which we are always happy to share with our guests.

The cottage provides peace for families as well as a romantic atmosphere for couples, offering an experience that combines comfort, nature, and local authenticity.

Property contents

The house is 60 m² and consists of one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower tub, and a hallway. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including toiletries, bed linen, towels, bathrobes, and slippers.

The kitchen includes basic cooking spices, and the house offers Internet, a Smart TV, and air conditioning for both cooling and heating. For extra comfort, the space is heated with a wood stove and Norwegian radiators, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere.

Outside, there is a terrace for barbecuing, complete with firewood and all necessary utensils. Next to the house, guests can enjoy a pool with sun loungers and an umbrella, perfect for relaxation. Additionally, there is a private wellness room with an infrared sauna, shower, and professional massage chair.

For a special local touch, we always provide fresh elderberry and chokeberry juice/syrup - the chokeberries come from our yard, and the elderflowers from the nearby forest. A bottle is always available in the fridge for guests. We also prepare homemade tomato sauce, perfect for a quick and delicious soup.

Guests have complete privacy and enjoy exclusive use of the house, pool, and wellness facilities.
