The villa is built in the pristine nature of an old family estate. It is intended for families who truly enjoy peace, comfort, nature, and food.

Natural materials such as stone, wood, and logs found in the coves of the Adriatic Sea were used in the construction of the villa. It offers a true hedonistic experience combined with nature, providing an oasis of rest and relaxation.

The villa will awaken all your senses. The combination of taste and smell creates an unforgettable vacation.

Property contents

The villa consists of a kitchen, a living room, a master bathroom and two bedrooms with bathrooms. There is also an upper gallery with two additional comfortable double beds. All beds have a comfortable mattress, a choice of soft and hard pillows and fine 100% cotton linen.

The villa has an outdoor kitchen equipped with a fireplace and all utensils. The pool area is the centerpiece of the property. The indoor pool can be used all year round, and the panels can be opened or closed as needed. The saltwater pool has a heating and cooling system that provides guests with the optimal temperature and relaxation, as well as a swimming system.

There is a bar by the pool. The villa has an outdoor sun terrace.
