The living room and the kitchen are about 18 square meters. One bedroom is 10 square meters and has a double bed fitting two people and the other bedroom is about 12 square meters offering a double bed with the possibility of adding an additional foldable bed. A foldable sofa in the living room can sleep, one extra person. The full bathroom is about 8 square meters and the 1/2 bathroom is about 2 square meters.

The house harmoniously combines the comfort of all modern facilities and traditional country life. There is running water, water heaters, and 220W electricity. All bathroom facilities are completely new creating the highest comfort. There is a laundry machine on site. There is also free Internet access for our guests to ensure that they stay connected to the outside world while enjoying their secluded vacation.

Both the insolation in the walls and the natural stone walls themselves keep the optimal temperature inside the house, guaranteeing a respite from the heat in the summer and warmth from the cold in the winter. There is a wood stove in the living room that heats the space perfectly so that you could enjoy a warm relaxing evening in front of a real fire.

The house has three terraces: the entrance has a small terrace with a traditional stone bench by the door so you can take your shoes off or leave your groceries until you open the door; the side terrace has a grill, an old stone sink, and all outdoor furniture. Our guests can also enjoy a beautiful roof terrace shaded by grapevines providing a stunning sea view on one side and a lush mountain view on the other. The silence around is only interrupted by jackals howling and birds singing. At night, the terrace is a near-spiritual experience itself, with only your thoughts and the stars to keep you company.

The house yard is about 1500 square meters, offering full privacy and beautiful natural space. There is a garden at our guests’ disposal with local herbs and seasonal vegetables from which you are invited to pick.
