In the heart of the Istrian hinterland, surrounded by untouched nature and the peace of a small village, lies this villa. Perfectly integrated into the landscape, it offers an authentic Istrian experience, where the scents of pine trees and lavender blend with silence. Here, days stretch out at a relaxed pace, mornings with the chirping of birds, afternoons in the shade of the terrace, and evenings with a light breeze and views of the sky. Situated in an ideal spot for exploration, the villa invites you to discover the small towns, wine roads and hidden corners of Istria.

The house can accommodate 8-10 people on two floors (165 m²). On the ground floor there is an open-space living room with two sofas (120 x 190 cm) that serve as extra beds, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen with access to a covered terrace. There is a room with fitness equipment, table football, darts and a separate toilet with a washing machine.

On the first floor there are four bedrooms - three with double beds and one with two single beds (90 x 200 cm and 140 x 200 cm). The house has three bathrooms with a shower and toilet and one bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.

In the fenced yard there is a private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with sun loungers and a covered terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue and sink. The pool can be used from mid-May to the end of September, depending on the weather. For children there is a swing, seesaw and climbing frame, and a trampoline and slide are located across the house.

Free parking for three cars is provided. Free WiFi. The last 200 meters of the access road leads along an unpaved road.

Possibility to buy homemade olive oil from the host.
