All apartments are located within a private house and are designed to offer a comfortable and functional stay.

Each unit features a bedroom with a double bed (160 × 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, and a fully equipped kitchen with an electric hob, kettle, and a fridge with freezer, along with all necessary cooking utensils and basic supplies. The living area includes a sofa bed, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning, while natural light fills the space throughout the day. Depending on the apartment, guests can enjoy direct access to a terrace, garden, or a private balcony.

The shared outdoor areas, including the garden and swimming pool, are thoughtfully arranged to provide a sense of privacy for every apartment. The seasonal outdoor swimming pool is open approximately from May to the end of September.

Guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a private parking space in front of the property, and a shared barbecue area. A washing machine is available outside the apartment for shared use. An electric vehicle charging station is also located on-site and is available at an additional cost.

The property is not suitable for parties, events, or loud group gatherings, and clear house rules, including quiet hours, are strictly respected to ensure a relaxed stay for everyone.
