The house is made of wood, it is located at the very edge of the forest, and was built in 1957. In recent years, it has been adapted so that it fits into the space and still meets the guests' needs.

The house has the "True Zagorje Home" quality mark.

The property consists of two separate apartments - Apartment Marica and Apartment Dragec.

Apartment Marica accommodates 2 guests and features a double bed, an additional sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, and a jacuzzi.

Apartment Dragec accommodates 4 guests and is spread over four levels. It includes a gallery with a bed for two, a living area with a boxspring bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and dishwasher, a bathroom, and a spa level designed for relaxation.

Guests have access to private parking and a children’s playground.

A 40% advance payment is required for each reservation.

Pets are allowed with prior notice.

A maximum of 4 people is allowed.
