Apartment CozinesT or "Cozy nest", represents a completely new way of traveling. An innovative, ecological, climate-friendly concept, imbued with a sense of relaxation and security, like a nest, will provide you with the perfect start or end of the day. For many years, this wonderful apartment was also our home. It was always warm and cozy, so cozy that our friends used to nap on the couch. Those moments are some of my favorite memories and inspiration for the name of the apartment. Like in a nest - comfortable, safe, and ready for rest.

I wish for you to experience the life of us "Purgers", as we affectionately say, at least for one day. The best location in the city is precisely our street - Ulica Kneza Mislava. Everything will be clear to you when you leave the building in the morning or evening and when the famous "mosque" or Meštrović's pavilion appears in front of you - a perfect place to greet the day. This part of the city is also called "Little Berlin". You can walk to the main square of Ban Jelačić in about 8 minutes, the bus and train stations are also in the immediate vicinity. We are also surrounded by greenery (Krešimirac Park) and wonderful artisan bakeries, cafes, and restaurants.

The CozinesT apartment has everything you need for a relaxed but conscientious trip. As we strive for a climate-friendly way of traveling, the carbon footprint is lower if you stay in our apartment.

Each guest receives detailed instructions on arrival and everything they need to know about the apartment, parking, restaurants, etc.

Property contents

There can be 3 people in the apartment, but we recommend the stay of 2 guests for maximum comfort. The building where the apartment is located has an elevator. The studio apartment has 38 square meters and consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom (partially partitioned).

We have carefully chosen the fabrics for bedding, pillows, and accessories for your most comfortable sleep. The apartment contains 1 double bed (140 cm) and 1 sofa bed (160 cm). In the bathroom, you will find a washing machine, hair dryer, towels, and hygienic (but biodegradable) small things that we sometimes forget to take with us on the trip. The kitchen is fully equipped because this is your temporary "home" during your trip. Kitchen appliances are made of recycled materials, and for the coffee machine, we use biodegradable capsules. We have also prepared Turkish coffee, which you can cook at the "jezva" or cafeteria. Tea lovers also have a great selection of organic teas. We also have a water purifier/mineralizer.

Upon arrival at the apartment, a climate-friendly welcome meal (plant-based) and a selection of food for breakfast await you (please inform us of any food allergies and intolerances). We have provided special pans for Vegans, so please send us the info in time.

We use special, non-toxic cleaning agents for the space and bedding.

The apartment also has a smart lock (we send the code before check-in), free high-speed Wi-fi and smart TV (Netflix, Disney), a hand-held steam iron, a mobile phone charger - smart, cleaning and laundry products, a diffuser and ethereal organic oils, wonderful books, and board games.

General rules

Pets are allowed with an extra charge of €20 per night due to the hire of a special cleaner to ensure that the apartment is free of allergens for future guests. A medium-sized bed for dogs and bowls for feeding pets await you in the apartment.

Upon arrival, we ask for some information from the guest's personal document, passport or any other document such as a driver's license for all arriving guests. This is a mandatory tourist registration that we have to do in the online registration form called E-Visitor. We will definitely send you more detailed instructions via e-mail.

Smoking is not allowed.

Parties are not allowed.

A maximum of 3 people is allowed.
