The 160m2 house consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen and a storage room. It is equipped with internet, air conditioning for heating and cooling, a wood-burning fireplace and a washer and dryer. Also, 2 free baby cots are available on request.

In front of the house there is a spacious fenced yard that ensures complete privacy. There is also a barbecue and two seating areas. There is also a vine trellis that provides pleasant shade in the summer months, a flower garden and a cistern.

On the side, at the height of the first floor, there is a spacious terrace with a hydromassage pool and sun loungers. Behind the terrace is an area planted with Mediterranean and medicinal herbs.

There is also free spacious parking for several vehicles.
