A small village on the northern end of the island of Cres, 6 km from the Porozina ferry port, surrounded by forest, 3 km from a beautiful beach. Sheep, deer, goats, birds. There is absolute silence and few people are living (our family is the only one here all year round). 30 stone houses, mostly for weekend use, dry stone walls, and hiking trails through oak and chestnut forests.

Ancient house made of stone and wood, wooden storage room, large terrace, direct access by car. Parking lot on site. Perfectly insulated, no need for air conditioning. Mosquito net on the windows.

The whole house, 2 floors x 25m2 + terrace on the roof 16m2, 50m2 around the house is available to guests. Two double bedrooms, living room, large kitchen with dining area, WiFi, bathroom with toilet and large covered terrace.

A barbecue place in another location only 40m away, where we offer wine from our cellar and vegetables from our greenhouse, as well as the preparation of Mediterranean (cooked traditionally) or vegan/macrobiotic dishes!

Meals cooked traditionally, request prices! There is no ordinary restaurant. We prepare delicious dishes from local vegetables, meat, and fish, and everything is organic!!! Our products every day, are vegetables (seasonal), wine, alcoholic beverages, prosciutto, salami, and cheeses. Selection of natural wines - macerated white (orange, amber, skin contact...) and long red barrel color, rules on cork fees (our wine list). Available only on request!

Note - all food is exclusively organic, no supermarket products!

There is no regular water supply, all houses in the village have their cistern, collecting rainwater for each day. We kindly ask all guests to be aware of this and to use water wisely! It can also be drunk by the people who live here and most of the guests use it as usual, but if that doesn't suit you, you have to bring the bottles that suit you best!

PLEASE NOTE we are in a rural area, in the middle of the woods. This means that you have a great opportunity to see all the wild animals in the area. Shallow deer, wild boar, sheep, goats...Several birds and eagles with griffins fly above us...There are 6 different types of snakes roaming around, but NONE OF THEM ARE POISONOUS! Insects, spiders, grasshoppers, scorpions, wasps, bees, etc. are all around us, and none of them are harmful unless they are squeezed out! PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIC REACTIONS SHOULD KEEP THEIR OWN MEDICINE AT ALL TIMES!

Please note we are pet-friendly but allow one dog at a time, no cats. You must not leave the dog alone in the house when the guests are away (beach, dinner, or something else), this applies at any time during the stay!
