- Safety & Legal Transparency: Compliance with official national categorization, legal registration, clear pricing, and guest safety protocols.
- Local Integration: Active support for the local economy, including recommendations for nearby artisans, local producers (OPGs), regional gastronomy, and independent experience providers.
- Independent Third-Party Certificates: Display of officially recognized third-party certifications held by the host (such as EU Ecolabel or Eco Domus). Official certificates are voluntary, independently verified by issuing bodies, and clearly highlighted on property profiles when present.
Property features are described by hosts and verified for clarity and structural compliance by the platform. Guests are encouraged to leave constructive feedback regarding their stay experience via direct email communication.
7. Registration
To access certain features of the Green Stay Croatia website, you must register via "Register/Login." This involves creating an account to become a member. Registration is not necessary for advertising.
Both hosts and visitors/guests have the option to register and become members of Green Stay Croatia.

Hosts can select from 3 structured membership packages designed to maximize profile visibility, guest engagement, and direct inquiry routing:
- Green Starter
- Green Plus
- Premium Green
General Membership Terms:
- Setup & Onboarding: Profile onboarding and creation is subject to a one-time setup fee of 15 EUR.
9. Responsibility for Listings and Content
Listings are published upon verification and receipt of all required accommodation details provided by the host.
Each host agrees to be solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and completeness of their listings, including pricing, availability, local details, and Trust Index feature descriptions. Hosts guarantee that their operational practices and content comply with all applicable local and national laws, categorization requirements, tax obligations, and third-party contractual obligations. Green Stay Croatia assumes no responsibility for host legal compliance or third-party agreements.
The platform serves strictly as an informative presentation layer and intermediary marketplace. Green Stay Croatia does not control, own, or manage advertised properties, nor does it guarantee the physical condition, safety, or legal status of rented spaces. Green Stay Croatia disclaims liability regarding content inaccuracies or dispute outcomes between hosts and guests.
Green Stay Croatia reserves the right to edit, suspend, or remove any listing or content that violates these Terms, misrepresents property standards, or compromises platform integrity, without prior notice.
