This spacious holiday home can accommodate up to 8 guests in 165 square meters of living space, with 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

Villa Xenia offers numerous amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. Enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony or relax in the peaceful garden. For lovers of outdoor cooking, there is a barbecue, and for refreshment there is a swimming pool, which can be heated on colder days for an additional fee. A secure parking space is available for your vehicle. For complete entertainment, there is a badminton court, darts and small mini-football goals.

Inside the villa there is a modernly equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, as well as a comfortable living room with a TV. The living room also has a pellet stove that creates the perfect warm atmosphere in the winter months.

For your comfort, bed linen, towels, a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an ironing board and a hairdryer are available. For the youngest guests, a cot and high chair are available.

General rules

Payment: Advance payment - 25% deposit, Deposit payment time - when booking, Final payment time - 7 days before arrival.

Upon arrival, the guest pays a deposit of €200, which is returned to him if there is no damage to things in the house during his stay.

Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival, after that, cancellations up to 15 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the price, and after that, the full amount will be charged.

Pets are not allowed.

A maximum of 8 people is allowed.

Minimum 3-7 nights.
