For maximum comfort and entertainment, the villa offers a SMART UHD TV system in every room, a Bose 5-zone HI-FI system, a PlayStation console, high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the indoor and outdoor areas, a pool table, and darts.

Safety and convenience are assured with a keyless entry system, fire alarm system, and smart energy-management solutions.

Inside the property, you will find a private wellness area featuring both a Finnish/bio sauna and an infrared sauna, an experience shower, and a waterbed, alongside a gym equipped with a treadmill, elliptical trainer, stationary bike, and free weights.

The outdoor area is designed for coastal relaxation, featuring a 50 m² heated pool with counter-current swimming and a massage waterfall, a hydromassage Jacuzzi, multiple lounge sets, and an outdoor grill with an alfresco kitchen and dining area.
