The original house, dating back to 1921, was completely restored in 2011 using a blend of wood and 6 types of stone. Equipped with excellent insulation, central heating, air conditioning, and 3 fireplaces, it ensures a comfortable stay year-round. Although the host resides on the property, complete peace and undisturbed privacy are guaranteed for guests.

The spacious interior features 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, equipped with TVs in every room, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, a sound system, and a PlayStation console.

The outdoor area is designed for relaxation and active leisure, featuring an outdoor pool with heating options, a floodlit artificial turf tennis court, a 7-hole golf practice field, and walking trails leading past 2 natural fresh water springs.

Guests also have access to a garden with seasonal, organically grown fruits and vegetables, as well as a small farm park with domestic animals.

All essential amenities are located nearby, with a restaurant just 600 meters away and a grocery store 900 meters away in the town of Labin. Due to the nature of the estate and the presence of farm animals, pets are not allowed.
