About

The estate spans 2 hectares of unspoiled nature, including 1 hectare of landscaped grounds rich in developing horticulture, an organic garden, a forest, and a picturesque lake. In front of the house, there is a hand-planted orchard, where guests can pick and taste fruits during their stay.

Within the three-story house, there are two two-bedroom apartments, each accommodating up to four guests. Guests have access to all amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay in a peaceful natural setting.

A separate building is dedicated to serving breakfast and other meals upon request, with an outdoor dining area featuring a brick barbecue, a wood-fired oven, and a large terrace—the perfect spot for social gatherings and enjoying homemade dishes.

The estate also features a wellness building with a Finnish sauna and jacuzzi. During the summer months (June–September), guests can enjoy the seasonal swimming pool.

For younger visitors, there is a large wooden playground, and a small eco-market offers fresh products from our own farm.

Property contents

Apartment Djetlić is 75 m², while Apartment Sjenica is 85 m². Both apartments feature two bedrooms with large double beds, outfitted with satin bed linen, and duvets and pillows made from the finest down by a local producer.

For guest comfort, both apartments are equipped with air conditioning, central heating, flat-screen TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchens include a microwave, cooking hob, refrigerator with a small freezer, and a kettle. Apartment Sjenica additionally features a coffee machine.

Each apartment provides three types of towels, as well as pool towels and sauna robes, along with an ironing board, iron, and clothes drying rack.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with a welcome drink, water, milk, and fresh fruit.

Apartment Sjenica has two balconies, while Apartment Djetlić features a terrace in front of a herb garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors.

Arrival from 3 p.m., departure at 10 a.m. Late check-out and early check-in available upon request.

General rules

Cancellation possible up to 14 days before arrival.

Pets are welcome (upon request). Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.

Upon request, we also provide a baby cot with bedding. 

For our guests on short trips or longer stays, we offer laundry service.

A maximum of 8 people is allowed.
