Vila Saturea spans 360 m² and is distributed over two floors.

The property features four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, a gallery with a library, and a spacious open-plan area that includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room with an integrated fitness corner equipped with professional exercise equipment - rowing machine, weight rack, fitness trainer, and Swedish wall bars.

The villa also offers a laundry room with a washing machine and ironing board, a separate WC, and a Finnish sauna. Outside, there is a large terrace with a summer kitchen and gas grill, a 10 x 3 m swimming pool, a hot tub, and an outdoor shower. Guests can enjoy the extensive park with Mediterranean aromatic herbs, a forest garden, and a greenhouse with vegetables. The park also includes a bocce court and a table tennis area.

Parking is available indoors for 2-3 cars, with an additional outdoor parking space, and there is also an EV charger. The property provides ultra-fast internet via Starlink, and for entertainment and relaxation, satellite TV channels and Netflix are available.
