This authentic oasis was born out of love for family heritage, with the original intention of restoring the estate to serve as a peaceful getaway, far from the hustle and bustle of city life. However, guided by love and gratitude for our roots, the renovation grew into a passionate project, driven by the idea of sharing this magic and beauty with the entire world.

This standalone villa of 400 m2 offers complete privacy and premium comfort across two floors.

With 4 spacious bedrooms (each with a comfortable double bed) and 6 bathrooms, it is ideal for a relaxing getaway with a large family or a group of friends.

The heart of the villa features a cozy living room with a fireplace, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all key appliances (including an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine). The entire property is air-conditioned, heated, and equipped with a safe and satellite TV.

The outdoor area is designed for pure enjoyment - relax by the private pool, prepare dinner on the barbecue, and spend warm evenings on the covered terrace and in the landscaped yard with outdoor furniture.

The upper floor of the villa is accessible only by stairs.
