Pine Hill House is located in the municipality of Klenovnik. With its excellent location, it is perfect for visiting one of the most beautiful Croatian cities, Varaždin, its castle, and various festivals and events, as well as all the surrounding places and sights.

It is located next to the forest and surrounded by beautiful nature and fresh forest air. This unique holiday home is built of wood and stone, which gives it a special atmosphere immersed in the environment.

Pine Hill House has achieved  “Holiday Homes with a Story” status and it is recognized as an object with one of the best accommodation standards in the Varaždin County.

All the guests need is to bring with them a good mood and a willingness to enjoy, and exceptional and pleasant hosts will host them with a perfectly decorated house, an ideal location and superb pure nature, and at dawn they will wake up in silence, disturbed only by the chirping of birds.

The house is fully suitable for a pleasant stay. Fully adapted kitchen, fully equipped. It has 3 bedrooms and a living room, as well as 3 bathrooms and a 4 toilets.

It also has an outdoor shower, a fireplace several deckchairs for undisturbed relaxation in nature, and a summer kitchen, which gives guests the possibility to have everything related to drinks and food at their fingertips.

The parking lot has a covered carport for 2 cars and its own parking lot for 15 cars, an outside place for cleaning fish, and several other necessary amenities. Enjoying the landscape will be complemented by an excellent swimming pool, perfect for relaxation in the summer months.

The house has an eco garden and an eco orchard.

If you need to do laundry, the house also has a washing machine, which certainly facilitates an unburdened and relaxed stay.

You can have fun in nature also, so many activities are available onsite: football, badminton, outdoor table tennis, a seesaw, cycling (4 bikes available), quad, and of course a swimming pool!

The yard is superbly decorated and has several wonderful terraces with a fairytale view, props and fields for various sports, richly equipped garden furniture, a brick grill, and toys for children. A jacuzzi and sauna are also available.

General rules

Full prepayment refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival will be charged the total prepayment amount.

A 30% prepayment is required to confirm the reservation.

Parties/events are allowed.

Pets are allowed.

The price for daily groups by agreement. The price of an overnight stay for the New Year is valid with a minimum stay of 4 days.

A maximum of 6 (+2) people is allowed. The terrace accommodates up to 25 people.

Minimum of 2 nights (1 night stay possible).
