When leaving the building, guests are obliged to lock the doors, close the windows, turn off the lights and all electrical devices (TV, air conditioner, stove...) and turn off the water.

Please use energy sources responsibly.

Guests are responsible for their behavior in the house and its surroundings, and in the event of an accident, they bear the consequences themselves.
