Charming Rural House Edera is located in Central Istria. Istria is the largest peninsula of the Adriatic, lies below the Alps, and is encircled by the Adriatic Sea.  House Edera is proud to be part of the Eco-friendly community and to have an Eco – friendly certificate, which commits and encourages the diversification and improvement of the quality of accommodation through compliance with the principles of sustainable development and sustainable tourism. The Eco Domus certificate guarantees that the guests are staying in an eco-friendly environment. The idea behind the Eco Domus project is to make Istria a “green region” and to limit the impacts the houses have on the local environment. House Edera is very pet friendly too. Pets of our guests are also our dear friends and are always welcome.

The location of the House Edera offers a perfect balance of peacefulness and private enjoyment away from a city rush and yet well-known tourist destinations on the coast are easy to reach. Fažana, a small coastal town with a harbor from where you can take a boat trip to one of the national parks in Croatia – Brijuni, has a large pebble beach with the possibility of numerous water sports and activities. Great restaurants, cafés and stores can be found in Svetvinčenat (St. Vicenat, 3km), a charming quiet town in Central Istria, known for not only its historical and cultural sites but for delicious Istrian cuisine: homemade Istrian prosciutto (pršut), Istrian pasta (fuži) and Mediterranean home-made specialties. Vodnjan is a charming town with visible Venetian influence in its many medieval houses and narrow winding streets full of shops and cafes. During your stay in Istria visit the city of Pula with its Roman Amphitheatre (ca 18 km), beautiful city of Rovinj (ca 25 km), and Fažana beach (ca 13km).

In House Edera at your disposal are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, fireplace and attractive rustic furniture in traditional style. The outside area includes a completely enclosed spacious green garden with a swimming pool and sun loungers ideal for relaxing and enjoying the hot Croatian sun. The garden area also encompasses a covered terrace with a summer kitchen and charcoal barbecue. Here you can prepare delicious meals or simply enjoy unforgettable moments with your family and friends. House Edera is air-conditioned, has WiFi, and private parking for 4 cars and provides everything for an enjoyable holiday in privacy.

The indoor area of the house is 130m2 with a living room, fireplace, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster), washing machine, air conditioner and heating, hairdryers, SAT TV, DVD player, 1 child’s high chair, iron and board, and WiFi. It has bedroom #1 with 1 double bed, bedroom #2 with 1 double bed, bedroom #3 with 2 single beds, 1 baby cot, 1 sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC and a bathroom ensuite.

The outdoor area contains a BBQ (charcoal), terrace, extra outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, private pool of 32 m² (8 x 4 m) with salt water, 6 sun loungers, a carefully tended garden of 2800 m2, lawn watering system, private parking with gated shaded.

The house also contains a children's playground and darts.

Check-In/Out

Check-in is available from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival until 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Prices are for one House per week. The prices include tourist tax.

The minimum stay is 5 days, arrivals are possible any day.

The security deposit is 200.00 €.

In the period 11/05/2025 – 27/09/2025, the minimum stay is 7 days and the arrival day is Saturday.

General rules

Bed linens are provided and changed once per week.

Baby cot available upon request.

Bathroom towels are available and changed once per week. Soap and toilet paper are available.

One well-behaved dog is welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50 € per week.
