The best traditional house in 2022 and the winner of the Silver Sunflower in rural tourism in 2023 in Croatia, offers the experience of returning to the beginning of the 20th century, allowing you to revel in the abundance of surrounding plants that complement its charm.

This house, dating from the early 20th century, has preserved its original exterior, while the interior is meticulously arranged to reflect the era, featuring carefully selected restored furniture from the first half of the 20th century.

Every detail is adorned with elements from Slavonia and Baranja, contributing to a rich atmosphere. Despite its vintage appeal, the house also provides all the conveniences of the modern era, including central heating, internet access, a plethora of television channels, and more.

Furthermore, we take pride in our commitment to the environment, engaging in practices such as planting diverse flora, composting, waste separation, collaborating with the community and local producers, and maintaining a strong dedication to preserving tradition and passing on knowledge.

The house comprises an entrance room with a library and a work desk, a living room with two additional beds, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a porch, a covered terrace, rooms for gatherings, and a yard with a terrace.

Check-In/Out

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival until 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

Guests are required to submit their ID card or passport to the host for registration with the Tourist Office.

General rules

Guests are responsible for their belongings, and the owner is not liable for any potential loss.

Guests are accountable for their behavior, and in case of an accident, they bear the consequences.

Upon leaving the house, it is mandatory to lock doors and close windows. 

The owner reserves the right to enter the house in the guest's absence to prevent potential damage or hazards, and the guest must be informed. 

Facilities can only be used by properly registered guests, and the host may approve visits during specific times upon the guest's request.

Bringing pets is permitted with the host's approval.

In case of utility failure or damage to installations, furniture, or equipment, the guest must inform the host. If it is the fault of the guest, they are obliged to compensate for the corresponding value. 

Taking devices and equipment out of the house is prohibited. 

In case of non-compliance with house rules, the host has the right to cancel the guest's service.
