The accommodation is powered by its own 10 kW solar system, which ensures smooth and normal use of lighting and all household appliances. Water is supplied from an on-site rainwater cistern and is functionally distributed to the kitchen and bathrooms via pumps.

One of the greatest advantages of the property is the paved beach located right next to the house, featuring a private area by the sea, an outdoor shower, and a seaside relaxation terrace. Guests have access to a SUP board and a small boat, ideal for short trips to a neighboring island with a marina, a small market, and a restaurant.

Your arrival is organized via the island of Murter, from the town of Betina, where your hosts will greet you and free parking is provided for your vehicles. From there, we will transfer you directly to the house on Piškera aboard our private boat, ensuring a simple, pleasant, and safe journey.

Due to the unique location and island lifestyle, guests are required to bring sufficient food supplies and drinking water for their stay. Major grocery shopping can be done prior to arrival or at a supermarket on Murter right before the boat transfer, with the small market on the neighboring island serving as an additional option during your stay.
