Within the building there is a free private parking lot with video surveillance for 6 vehicles, providing you with safety and convenience during your stay. The house has 3 furnished rooms and can accommodate up to 9 people, which makes it perfect for a group of friends or a family.

The house has one bathroom and 2 toilets equipped with toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer, providing you with complete privacy and comfort. Pets are also allowed, so you can travel without worrying about your furry friends.

Various facilities and services are offered for your comfort, such as a living room with a fireplace, TV, and seating area, and family-friendly facilities such as an outdoor playground and board games.
