The Lutoma Master Room is 11 m2 in size. In the center of the room is a spacious bed measuring 160x200 cm. The room also contains a large sliding wardrobe. It is oriented towards the east, which means that you will wake up to beautiful natural light every morning.

The Lutoma Room 2 is 11 m2 in size. The bed measuring 90 x 200 cm provides you with a comfortable space to rest, and with the possibility of connecting it to a king-size bed measuring 180 x 200 cm. The wardrobe in the room is spacious enough to meet the needs of two people. The room is oriented towards the west, which means that you will enjoy beautiful sunsets and natural light in the afternoon.

The living room provides exceptional comfort thanks to a large sofa that can accommodate up to 6 people. It is equipped with a flat screen TV with satellite channels, Netflix and other amenities. The space is functionally organized with a chest of drawers and a coffee table. The room is air-conditioned. The living room is flooded with natural light thanks to two windows and large sliding doors. It is oriented to the southwest, which means that you can enjoy the warm afternoon and evening sun rays.

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. In addition, you will find an iron with a steam station, an ironing board and a drying rack. The house also offers a small toilet.
